At Kathiraid Media LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested.

2. Project-Based Services

Before Project Commencement

Full refund of deposits paid, minus a 10% administrative fee.

During Project Development

• 0-25% Complete: 75% refund of total project cost
• 25-50% Complete: 50% refund of total project cost
• 50-75% Complete: 25% refund of total project cost
• 75-100% Complete: No refund available

After Project Delivery

Once a project has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.

3. Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

• Can be cancelled at any time
• Access retained until end of billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions

Annual Subscriptions

• Within 14 days: Full refund minus usage fees
• After 14 days: Pro-rated refund based on months remaining
• After 6 months: No refund available

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party costs (domain registrations, hosting, licenses)
• Rush or expedited service fees
• Consultation fees for completed sessions
• Custom work that has been approved and delivered

2. Include your order/project number and reason for request
3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
